SINGAPORE PROJECT REFERENCES

The Advanced TWRP will receive used water flows from the western part of Singapore by gravity via two separate deep tunnels – a tunnel to convey domestic (municipal) used water and another to convey high-strength industrial used water. These two sources of used water will be treated separately. The Tuas facility is a key part of the US XX billion project designed to meet Singapore’s water collection, treatment, reclamation and disposal needs, by extending the existing deep tunnel system to carry wastewater from western and southern areas to central water reclamation plants.
